You’ll enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Nantucket when you vacation in Madequecham Village. Our vacation home is located on 2 acres of land which abuts Nantucket’s conservation property. Enjoy the natural beauty of Madequesham as you walk along a sand path to one of the world’s most beautiful beaches located less than 1/2 mile away.This home is spacious, comfortable and private. The first floor opens to a sitting area and family room which leads to 4 large bedrooms. Three rooms have comfortable queen size beds and while one room accommodates 2 twin beds for your kids. There is a conveniently located mud room, laundry room and powder room to use when you get off the beach and need to wash your towels and bathing suits or just freshen up. Enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard, relax on the porch, read a great book, or just enjoy being with your friends and family.The lower level leads you to an entertainment area where you can watch a movie or sporting event on a 60″ flat screen TV, play a game of ping-pong, or relax in your secluded garden. Adjacent to this area is another large bedroom with queen size bed and full bath.The upper most level opens to a bright, sunny living space with soaring cathedral-beamed ceilings and lovely country kitchen and dining room. This gourmet kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops and all the amenities of home. Relax in this spacious living room where you can overlook the ocean and Nantucket conservation land. In the evening you can relax watching your favorite show on a 60″ flat screen TV, listen to your favorite vocalist, or just snuggle on the sofa and read a great book.A spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and private luxurious bathroom is located next to the living room. There are French doors which lead to the deck from the master bedroom, dining room and living area. Enjoy a glass of wine or refreshing drink on the deck where you can grill and enjoy your meals outdoors looking over the ocean, watch the most stunning sunsets, or view the most amazing stars at night.This home is perfect for a large family or great friends vacationing together. It’s beautiful and immaculately maintained. There are also bikes for you to use and explore all of Nantucket’s bike paths and beautiful beaches. You are welcome to use the beach chairs and lounges located in the garage. If you enjoy an outdoor shower, there is one available for you outside the garage studio.
