Beautifully new furnished year-round ranch home with a bonus loft room. Floor plan is wide open with plenty of living and activity space to make family memories. Kitchen, living and dining rooms have a view of the lake to soak in the crystal clear waters and breath-taking sunsets. Enjoy a cup of coffee every morning on the porch rocking chairs and listen to the waves hit the shore. Home has 60 feet of sand beach frontage given unobstructed 180′ views of Higgins Lake. Located on the south side of Higgins Lake, waist-deep water for several hundred feet make way for kids to enjoy a water playground of activities. Plenty of beach chairs are provided and there is a fire pit on the beach for night time smores and family gatherings.The cottage has 5 bedrooms plus a futon room to make 6 separate sleeping areas.
