The unit is located within walking distance of the Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake Park, a variety of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and many other popular local attractions.Coral Surf has a private beach access behind the building as well as a private pool open between May and September. Or you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the top floor balcony. The view is particularly stunning early in the morning when the sun first rises.The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. General amenities include dish washer, Wifi, central heat/air, covered parking for 2 cars, keyless entry, fully equipped kitchen, linens, bath towels, beach towels, cable TV with premium movie channels, and several games. We also have a beach wagon, tent and toys available for your use!This home also offers an EV charger for vehicles or electric golf carts.We’ve spent the time to make our condo TURNKEY so that you can spend your time with your family, relaxing, enjoying the views, and making memories.As a standard, high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) bookings have a 7-day minimum requirement with a Saturday check in. Please check our calendar for availability.IMPORTANT: This is a non-smoking unit (including E-cigs/Vaping), and no pets are allowed in the entire complex.Guests have access to the entire condo, and are also welcome to use community pool and the private beach access!Our condo is located just south of the boardwalk and the heart of Carolina Beach. It is only half a mile from the boardwalk and directly behind the Carolina Beach Lake. The Lake offers a wonderful walking trail, picnic tables, grills and paddle boats. In the summer the Lake also does free Outdoor Movies and concerts. There is also a Farmer’s Market every Saturday during the summer months.Most attractions are within walking distance, but there are a lot of public parking options if needed. Golf carts are also very popular in Carolina Beach, and there are several options for renting golf carts nearby.Most businesses are open at this time, and they are following the local and state COVID-19 restrictions. Masks are required in any public spaces as well as practicing safe social distancing.1) Minimum age requirement is 25 years old to rent this property.2) No smoking of any kind is allowed (including e-cigarettes and vaping).3) No pets are allowed.4) No parties are allowed.
