There is ample seating at the large six-person dining table and, for a more casual meal, sit at one of the two bars. Enjoy the large-screen television while comfortably seated in one of the reclining sofas or living room chairs. The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and three cable televisions.The open kitchen is well equipped with all you need to enjoy your fresh catch at home, and you can store the leftovers in one of the two full-sized refrigerators.Wake up in your master bedroom to bay views, or enjoy your morning cup of joe on the lanai through your private access. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a large-screen television. The newly renovated spacious master bath has two sinks, a large shower, and a walk-in closet.The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and television, while the third bedroom has two full-size beds with bunks aloft. These bedrooms share a bath with a combination tub and shower.As you enter the pool deck you will be able to completely take in the panoramic views that this arched bayfront lot provides. Frolicking dolphins are commonly seen, as well as occasional manatees. Armed with a few live shrimp, you can catch fish for hours right from the dock! The expansive deck has plenty of seating both in the sun and covered for any occasion. Enjoy the hot spa or heated pool 365 days a year (an additional fee of $25/night applies for heated pool). Whether it is morning or night you will find yourself spending most of the time in this beautiful setting.Continuing from the deck, you will find a large dock with a 30-foot walk-around slip (although larger vessels can be accommodated). Easy tie-up with no bridges makes this deep-water dock ideal for those bringing their boat. The dock has recently been renovated with power, lights, water, and a fish-cleaning table for your convenience. Trailer parking can be arranged for a minimal fee at a nearby marina.Our vacation getaway is located 2.5 miles from the gorgeous Anna Maria Island beaches. Nestled between Anna Maria Island and Bradenton, in just a few minutes you can be on the beach or go into town for a Walmart run. There are plenty of great places to dine, shop, and enjoy the sunny west coast of Florida.We tried to think of everything you will need for your vacation paradise, including high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, beach towels, a 2-car garage, and even games for the whole family to enjoy!
