Our private beach area is steps away from the unit and is maintained daily by our staff of Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club.The unit is approximately 1500 square feet and fully furnished. Linens, and towels are included. The living room has a 55′ flat screen TV with a DVD & VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40′ flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a 40′ flat screen TV. Wireless internet service, high definition TV channels, and covered parking for two cars are complimentary.Our Club features two heated pools, fitness center, three tennis courts, and four pickle courts. Beach chairs are complimentary. Beach cabana, canopies and umbrellas are available for rental.
