We provide 1 gate access pass for up to 1 week with your rental included in your reservation fee and there is room to park in front of the condo building. Longer stays will have an additional charge at $20/week for the pass.- Ketch Studio shares a laundry facility on the 3rd floor with 3 other units. Free to use.- While there is no community pool in this neighborhood, there is a pay to use pool in Sea Pines. The South Beach Inn is a seasonally opened pool that is not heated. It is located at 232 South Sea Pines Drive. They charge $25/day/family or $75/family/week.- Don’t wait in an office to check-in or get a key!
