The one-level home offers 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms, large sun room, with gorgeous water views! Large outside deck, perfect for enjoying the captivating views with your morning coffee, or afternoon beverage ! Plenty of outdoor furniture, a propane grill, and did we mention the glorious water views ??!! Even a portion of the back yard is fenced in for your small dog! The kitchen if fully equipped, as well as a perfect sun room & a living room for relaxing in the evenings, after your explorations of the area ! Smart TV’s located in the sun room, living room, and one of the bedrooms. One heat pump is located in the living area which offers air conditioning, as well as a heat source.We do have a dock, if you’d like to kayak or bring your own boat, use is at your own risk.Also available for long-term stays during winter of 2024-2025.
