Spectacular sunsets over Keuka Lake – Located in the HEART of the Finger Lakes!The Kingfisher Chalet is a cozy vacation home with incredible views of Keuka Lake. Located on 6 private, wooded acres on Keuka’s east side halfway between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Close to several top-notch wineries, restaurants, and all that the Finger Lakes region has to offer. You will love the spacious porch for a morning coffee, grilling and eating dinner, and sipping a glass of wine while watching the amazing sunsets.The Kingfisher sleeps up to eight people with 4 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Amenities include wifi, cable TV (SlingTV*), outdoor fire pit, and 4 parking spaces. The property is located on the Keuka Wine Trail and an easy drive to Penn Yan, Hammondsport, Dundee, and Watkins Glen. There are several scenic and hilly rides nearby for bicyclists, runners, and drivers. The upstairs floor includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and each with a view of the lake, shared bathroom, kitchen / dining room, living room, and access to front and side porches. The downstairs floor includes the master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom (and view of the lake), bedroom with a double and twin bed, and laundry room. The front porch includes a large wicker couch, 2 wicker chairs, & several extra chairs. The side porch is right off the kitchen and ideal for eating dinner outside. Includes a large patio table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining & propane grill (photo coming soon). You will find everything you need for cooking at home including a drip coffeemaker, french press, crockpot, juicer, outdoor grill, and more. At the front of the house is a large grassy yard for playing games or having a campfire. The large wooded area behind house includes hiking paths and a scenic ravine.*Our cable TV package is SlingTV Blue package. We do not have local channels. SlingTV offers 42 channels including CNN, Comedy Central, HGTV, BBC, Lifetime and more. We cannot guarantee you will get every program or event you want to watch.The house includes an outdoor firepit and cornhole board games. You need to supply your own firewood. There are several places nearby selling firewood and there is often leftover firewood on the property (but no guarantee).Guests of all backgrounds are welcome to enjoy our space.
