sitting areas and stunning views from every window.   Its beautifully furnished with comfort in mind and has plenty of seating for family and guests around a sizable flat screen cable TV.  A second living area offers cozy seating by a fire & ice fireplace and the pub-height dining nook is not only perfect for family meals, but the owners have also supplied lovely serving ware for formal entertaining.But the kitchen is the “show-stopper” and focal point of the great room.  Updated in Euro-Sleek style, this gourmet kitchen will delight any chef.  It’s beauty and perfection in its simplicity!  The quartz counter tops, high-end stainless-steel appliance, industrial-grade gas range, microwave drawer and floating shelves are flanked by a wall of high gloss pantry cabinets shower/tub combination.  This room also has direct access through sliding glass doors, to the poolside patio.A third bedroom has been furnished with two twin beds, ceiling fan and is located across from the hall/guest bathroom (described below).The fourth bedroom has been furnished as an office/den.  This room has a desk for your laptop, ideal for a working vacation and a sofa that converts to a full-size bed for the occasional guest.  The room has a door that can be closed for privacy when used for sleeping.  There is also an Echelon Bike.  This is a high-end exercise bike with computerized programs and should not be used by children.  It is available for guests use if used with care.  There is also a ceiling fan and a free-standing fan which is perfect when using the bike!The guest bathroom is quite unique and “inspired.”  It has direct access to the poolside patio making it idea to shower off after a swim.  Stepping from the patio through sliding glass doors, you’ll find
