Enjoy panoramic water views and breathtaking sunsets!Located at The Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor, WI, this beautifully appointed main-level end-unit condo in the desirable Harbor building is situated atop the bluff and features magnificent panoramic views of the waters of Green Bay and the Alpine Golf Course. The exceptionally updated, fully-equipped kitchen has all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen opens to the updated dining and living room area which also includes a sofa-sleeper for additional family members or guests, and an adjacent patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom with queen-sized bed, closets and full bathroom have also been newly renovated. Flat screen TVs with cable and DVD player are located in the living room and bedroom, and secured wireless internet is included and accessible in both the condo and throughout the resort.Our rates are typically at least 20% lower than Landmark, and we do not charge extra for guests #3 or 4. Additionally, we offer a 5% discount for stays of 7+ days, and a 10% discount for longer term stays of 28+ days.This 42-acre, year-round resort located in the heart of the Door County Peninsula has numerous complimentary amenities, including a fitness center, 3 outdoor heated pools, a SALTWATER-indoor pool, whirlpool & steam room, picnic areas with gas barbeque grills, walking trails, and tennis, basketball & shuffleboard courts. Each building also conveniently has its own whirlpool, steam room, & laundry room. The on-site EV charging stations are FREE to use as our guest! Just a short walk from our unit, the onsite Carrington restaurant offers relaxing, casual dining with amazing views of the Bay and surrounding landscape.
