Feel immersed in the lake as you make a drink at the wet bar in the great room. A fully stocked kitchen with a pantry, farmhouse sink, large central island, and extra beverage cooler is perfect for a hungry crowd. The upstairs hosts 2 master suites as well as 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The expansive finished basement (1400 sf) has a “bunk room” and several large living spaces for all types of gaming. Roast your s’mores at the fire pit while taking instagram worthy pictures of the amazing sunsets on this east side lake view.The house is located at the end of a private road, on mostly flat land, and the dock has space for a 28′ boat. It is an easy 10-15 minute drive to stores and necessities in neighboring Queensbury or Lake George Village. Buck Mountain range, Schumann Preserve, and Shelving Rock Mountain and waterfalls are amazing hiking excursions, also not far from the property. This is the perfect house for family and friends to get together.
