This first floor spacious condo is located on an end unit and only 10 minutes to Naples beaches and 5th Ave and close to Downtown and restaurants. Also, minutes by car or a short walk to grocery stores, shopping, movies and restaurants.The condo consists of 2 master-bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. The large family room has a flat-screen smart TV which is adjacent to an eat-in dining room and a lanai. Meals can be enjoyed in either the eat-in-kitchen or while enjoying the scenery from the lanai. Step out to the patio and relax in lounge chairs or enjoy the heated pool. If you golf , there are the two golf courses located here in the Glades. The Pines is our 18-hole par 70 course, a real challenge with many lakes, sand traps and twisting fairways. Golfers may ride for comfort or walk for exercise. The Palmetto is our 18-hole par 55 executive course, an exceptional par 3 course. It is an ideal course for improving your iron game .The newly renovated 19th Hole serves tasty lunches daily featuring homemade soups, salads and sandwiches, superb Sunday breakfast during season, and dinners several evenings each week. Come for Happy Hour and enjoy discounted drink prices and something from our Bar Bites Menu. With a beautiful view of the golf course and the pool, the 19th Hole is a fun place to meet your friends or make some new ones. In addition to golf, The Glades is an active resort consisting of tennis courts, 9 swimming pools (one of them only steps from the unit), pickelball courts, shuffleboard, bocce, yoga and the club house that offers activities like bridge, bingo and mahjong just to mention a few. New amenities include our golf learning center, a library, art room and craft center. Hope to talk with you soon.
