Garage is air conditioned with plenty of games. On the second floor is the main floor with all the bedrooms. Master Bedroom has a King bed and handicap accessible shower. Two other guest bedrooms have a King bed and their own bathrooms. The last guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. All the bathrooms have grab bars in the showers and next to the toilets. On the third floor there is a big Living Room with a huge television and Air Bed. There is a full bathroom on this floor also.No Garage Use; parking on drivewayEXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damageCANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked.
