Splash also has a Arcade with a Mini Bowling alley and nicely equipment gym. There is a beach supply/ convenient store and a ice cream shop on the first floor of the parking deck.Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of a High End Vacation Rental. Flat Screen TV’s & DVD’s in each room, surround sound stereo system in family room, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary pots & pans for vacation rental cooking, coffee maker & other small appliances.Splash is a NO SMOKING resort & NO PETS are allowed.We rent to families with no security deposit required. Under 25 $300 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded with-in 14-21 business days of departure date if there are no problems. State, County, and City taxes are included in the totals.The Resort charges a $35 per car for parking and arm bands for the pools are included in that registration fee.Cancellation Policy:A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you.
