Please be sure to save some time to enjoy our charming abode. The Cottage is perfect for family and adult getaways, accommodating up to ten people. There are three queen-sized beds, one in each bedroom, along with a sofa-bed and two air-beds.As you enter through the front door, you will appreciate the airy and open living area, with gorgeous, lofty, tongue-n-groove wood ceilings, along with a grand, gas fireplace.The very large and comfortable L-shaped couch curves around the TV. There is plenty of room to relax and watch a movie or simply enjoy some quality time with family and friends. If you love to read, enjoy a book from our collection. There is a wide selection available. All readers should find something well suited to them.If you enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, surrounded by wood framed windows. The counter-tops are granite and flow beautifully with the upgraded, wood cabinets. The kitchen is well stocked! You’ll find a four-burner gas range, standard and Keurig coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crockpot, and knife set.All bedrooms are warm, comfortable and inviting with tasteful décor.The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a television. The master bathroom is well appointed with a walk-in shower, bath tub, double vanities, as well as a walk-in closet.Each other guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a closet.The guest bathroom has a shower tub combo and a double vanity.Although the inside of the home is lovely, you will also want to enjoy the large, fully enclosed backyard. The deck is equipped with a table and chairs and a barbecue grill. There is also a wood-burning fire pit for enjoying the Northern Arizona’s sky, while remaining warm and cozy.Williams is the perfect small-town getaway, known as the, “Gateway to the Grand Canyon”. This handsome Cottage is only 60 minutes from the South Rim entrance. Williams is a “dark sky” town, so the bright stars seem almost just close enough to reach for!Laundry facilities are provided.There are two twin air mattresses and a full-sized sofa bed available for your use. Each have their own linens and pillows.There are also darts, cornhole, board games and DVDs.Air-conditioning is available which is a rarity in Flagstaff.There is parking for 1 car in the garage, with additional parking on the driveway. There is a vehicle parked in the garage that belongs to the owner. Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep “4 on the floor” as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. The yard is fenced and there is a doggy door in the kitchen area. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval.There is a pet fee of $50 for each dog.Two bicycles will be available for your use. We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.Although often, there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
