You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!2. We operate a “no-contact” check-in process, therefore, will require a security/damage deposit of $150 prior to your arrival.
