This condo is bright, cheerful, beachy, and just a really spiffy condo! This one is perfect for everyone! It’s on the first floor right in from of the lazy river which is heated in the winter. It has wood tile floors, features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and covered parking with an elevator.- Families, let the little ones play on the splash pads or float them along on the lazy river. There are weekend crafts and activities for the kiddos as well.- Birders, relax on the large private balcony and watch Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets, and Herons in their wetland’s natural habitat- Fisherman, the bay is only 12-18 inches deep- you can wade right out close to the condo- Couples, enjoy the privacy of your own rooms to retire to at night after a day of enjoying the community together- Maximum two pets up to 25 lbs each considered with fee. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years or older). The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicle are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
