Our space was custom-designed by a team of interior designers to deliver warmth, comfort, and convenience for our guests. Filled with upscale amenities, the backyard features a stunning heated pool, sun loungers, a grill, and a shaded outdoor eating area. Filled with sunlight and professionally-selected décor, this airy and spacious home is custom-designed for large groups to experience extravagant living in Scottsdale.- Spaces professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.- Beautiful, professionally maintained, heated in-ground pool- Private pool is typically heated/temperature controlled from October 1st through May 1st.- Shaded, furnished patio with grill- Indoor chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.- In-home complimentary washer/dryer- All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.Guest Access:The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note that this listing is split into two structures; there is a main house (5 bedrooms), and behind it next to the pool is the Casita (2 bedrooms). The homes are not interconnected, i.e. you must walk outside to go between the main house and the casita.The Neighborhood:Our home is in the best location in Scottsdale to experience all the area has to offer. We are very close to Old Town Scottsdale (10 minute drive), Camelback Mountain, Fashion Square, casinos, restaurants, bars, and more. For sports lovers, MLB Spring Training takes place 15 minutes away from our home, and you will be near some of the greatest golf courses & spas in the world. Whether you are coming to Scottsdale to hike, shop, or explore, there is no better location to do it all.All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.Getting Around:The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.Other Things to Note:*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety.
