This exquisite residence has three living rooms with two of them oceanfront. Access to the different floors is via an exterior elevator or covered stairway. There is a wet bar with icemaker dining room with seating for eighteen and two additional dining areas. Upstairs which has outer access from the main floor has five bedrooms and three baths and an oceanfront living room/playroom with a flat screen television. For your convenience the laundry room has another refrigerator washer and two dryers.The outdoor pool can be temperature controlled (reaches between 84-87 degrees when heated). There is a $500 surcharge to heat the spa and $1500 to heat both the pool and spa. Other features include an elevator wireless internet gas grill and plenty of open decks.
