Open concept first floor with fully equipped kitchen. Great room with flatscreen TV, and fireplace. Walk out basement with pool table and air hockey table. Entire house is wired for music with volume controls in each room and easy mp3 player interface!Huge veranda deck over looking the peaceful Saco river. Kayaking, swimming and fishing from the back yard. Large fire pit located in the back yard. Hammock and plenty of outdoor seating included. Walking trail maintained around the 3 acres.Everything a vacationer would want all within a 5 min to one hour drive from the house. Or just relax, enjoy the property, the deck, and the lazy saco river
