This 3000 square foot home is centrally located, less than a 4 minute walk to the beach, a 3 minute drive to both downtown Spring Lake and the train station, and within walking distance to a number of other local attractions. Beach badges, chairs, and umbrella included.A signed rental agreement and photo ID is required at the time of booking. No pets, parties, or smoking.There is one security device on the property: one (1) ring floodlight security camera that is mounted to the top of the garage and faces the driveway. This monitors 24/7 and is for safety and security purposes. There is one noise monitoring device in the house: it is located in the porch and only monitors noise decibel levels as well as the number of IOS devices in the home. This device monitors noise and decibel levels 24/7 but it does not record audio or video and is for safety and security purposes.
