A unique, double sided gas fireplace separates the area entering the living space which is complete with balcony access, gas grill, and smart tv. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor which boasts private balcony and bathroom with walk in shower and walk-in closet.There is also a half bath on the main level.Downstairs you will love the common area to lounge, watch some TV, or play games which includes air hockey, arcade games, and board games. The downstairs modular couch can convert into a bed to accommodate 2 guests (perfect for kids). We also have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Bedroom 2 features a private balcony and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
