If you want to stretch your legs it’s just a quick drive up the mountain to the Emerald Outback. It’s always best to be prepared as weather can change quickly. There are several shops on the way up the mountain from Banner Elk that rent chains if you don’t own them.If you’re on the mountain to take advantage of the resort, we are located extremely well. We are approximately as far away as the bottom of the parking lot (10 min walk up slope side or less than 5 min on a bike)There are steps to get to the condo. While there are hand rails and the steps are well maintained, they can be slippery when icy or wet.Please note the building and surrounding buildings are currently under renovation with construction work happening around the unit.Signed Rental AgreementExterior Cameras-Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to availability with a $25/hour fee.
