You’ll love our large and spacious guest room, the Primary Bedroom Suite of our vintage cottage bungalow, with great amenities like high ceilings, large bathtub, and within walking distance to Alamo Drafthouse and Zilker Park. (Note: It is attached to our home, but completely separate with its own private entrance. You do not have access to our home.)A Sleep Number king-size bed with luxury Peacock Alley linens and a cozy window seat nearby make this large guest room so inviting. All sleeping pillows and duvet are hypo-allergenic. There are two antique bureaus with several drawers for your clothing, as well as one closet. A small kitchenette features a large shelving unit with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We provide a few continental breakfast items.NOTE: There is no TV, but there is WiFi.Washer and dryer and skylight are in the bathroom. With central air and a ceiling fan over the bed, the room temp is very comfortable. The space is bathed in lots of natural light and a private patio for your enjoyment. Public access at the South Gate of Barton Springs Pool is right down the hill. Open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, except Thursdays.Restaurants, live music, coffee, bakeries, and shopping, are all within a short walk. Everything is at your fingertips as we live in the best zip code in Austin and right up the hill from hundreds of acres of green space, Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Botanical Garden and hiking trails.
