After sitting vacant since 1992, this circa 1790-1810 historic home miraculously retained the vast majority of its period details! The original stair case, heart pine floors, doors & hardware, windows, bead-board wainscoting & fireplace mantles were all intact.No expense was spared on the modernization of this property. You’ll find a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with island seating for 3, a formal dining room, & 4 bedrooms all with spacious, en suite bathrooms!3 bedrooms have queen beds & the 4th has 2 vintage twin beds.TVs:We do NOT provide cable, only WIFI & new TVs. So please bring your login info for your favorite apps!PARKING:This reservation includes ONE private, garage parking space.Parking for additional vehicles: Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. You can download the APP “Park Savannah” to pay meters from your phoneORVisitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street. Please call them with any questions about parking in the city, 912.651.6470.NOISE:This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE GROUPS!!Maximum occupancy is 8 people (at ALL times), including infants & children.Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.No pets. No smoking.Once reserved you will receive emails from our booking software called ESCAPIA. Please check your spam folders.CANCELLATION NOTE: If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the original credit card processing fees. We use a 3rd party processing company that does NOT refund these fees to us upon cancellations.
