SPRING & SUMMER VACATIONS VILLA, Pickle Ball, Beach, Golf, TennisForest Gardens is a quiet, well maintained property located within walking distance to the beach(approximately 1.5 blocks) and the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. It is also located within a short drive to many of the main attractions.Our two bedroom villa(sleeps 2-4 people) has been renovated in May 2023 to provide a comfortable vacation stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for ‘at home’ convenience and has a full size washer/dryer.Forest Gardens also has a large pool that is great for the kids and a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.Rentals from May 31 through Labor Day are Saturday to Saturday.Long term rentals are available from September through March.Minimum age for renters is 25Keywords:
