Located in a very Quiet and Family-Friendly neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is fully furnished and ready for you to simply Relax and Enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom has a King Bed, private bathroom with double sinks and 32″ flat screen television. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and 32″ flat screen television. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed. All mattresses are of high quality and are very comfortable, and sheets are also of highest quality. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet for all of your clothes. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located upstairs. Downstairs is a living room with 42″ flat screen television and two leather love seats. The kitchen has Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances and a full set of cookware to enjoy cooking at home. The dining area is located just off of the kitchen and has sliding doors to the outside area where you can barbeque for dinner. A patio in front offers a place to enjoy your morning coffee and ease into the day. A large green space is in front of the home and provides a nice area for children to play within view, or to simply watch the quail wander by. Utilities, linens and other amenities are included.
