Welcome to beautiful Surprise Arizona! Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1200 square feet of living space with 10 foot high ceilings in all rooms. It sleeps 5-6 people comfortably. There is a one car garage and your very own assigned parking spot. There is also a private balcony, a playground area, fitness center, crescent-shaped pool and jacuzzi spa. There are plenty of walking paths to get in some exercise as well.There are many exciting things to do while in Surprise. All of the following are less than a 5 minute car ride from the condo: Community Park Pickleball Courts, Surprise Aquatic Center, library, Spring Training camp for both the Texas Rangers and World Series Champs Kansas City Royals!, tennis courts, and even a man-made lake for fishing. A 30-40 minute car ride can get you to see a Arizona Cardinals football game or Arizona Coyotes hockey game. There are numerous golf courses in the area and the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is only 30 minutes away as well. There are many restaurants and great shopping that awaits you. You won’t be disappointed!
