Booking guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file (if applicable) should damage occur during occupancy.- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address.
