This recently updated two bedroom and one bath unit is just a one block stroll down a side street to the beautiful white, sandy beaches. It’s located in a quiet and preferred residential neighborhood yet it’s easily within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A great combination of tranquility and convenience!The SS Salamander has a beautiful new 17′ x 36” heated pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping and lots of comfortable pool furniture. This Holmes Beach vacation getaway also has a large covered deck which is a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. There is charcoal grill and an outside shower for your use. A “shared” laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer is onsite for your use. The unit also features undercover, off street parking.The SS Salamander south unit features a 55″ flat screen television in the living room. The main bedroom has a 19″ television. This unit sleeps five with a queen size bed, full bed, and a twin bed. It can be rented in conjunction with the North unit next door for groups up to ten. The spacious living area and kitchen make this a perfect spot for family reunions.The SS Salamander is a one week minimum rental.Parking is limited to two vehicles.You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
