Welcome to Munising, Michigan, the home of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Waterfalls, Boat Cruises, Scenic Tours, and some great Yooper Pasties! Located downtown close to all the local attractions this newly remodeled apartment comes complete with two bedrooms, full bath, open concept kitchen and living space, wifi, and cable tv. This unit also features an outside balcony with a grill and some seating. This apartment is perfect for short or long stays, whether you are passing through on vacation, or coming up for work and looking for furnished housing. Please note that the heat is controlled by unit #2. Pet friendly for dogs up to 30lbs for an $80 pet fee plus tax, an additional pet would be $50. Located on the 2nd Floor, the stairwell includes 21 steps to access the units. Larger groups can rent more than one unit in the building if needed, there is a total of 4. Call us for more information.***There is a doorbell camera mounted at the back entryway outside.***Door code will be released the night prior to check-in for security purposes.*NO SNOWMOBILE or TRAILER PARKING* 1 PARKING SPACE PER RENTAL IN THE WINTER OUT BACK FOR FREE**Superior Street parking is available in the summer for no cost.****If you are booking through Airbnb or VRBO you will receive a separate contract from Pictured Rocks Vacation Rentals.
