This charming summer cottage offers a quiet shorefront setting overlooking Gilpatrick Cove and Northeast Harbor’s The Fleet. Offered in June, September, and October only, this home is suitable for off-season use and can sleep a large gathering comfortably.*Please note the apartment, VRBO #2288930, is attached to the Main House which is occupied during your stay. Advertised rates are for up to 8 people, please note an extra person fee applies up to 12 maximum occupancy. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to less than a week bookings.A $140 pet fee (per pet) will be applied to all approved pets.FIRST FLOOR: Large Living Room with fireplace and sliding glass doors to the front deck. Kitchen with a dining table that seats at least six comfortably. Half Bath, Laundry area.SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with King bed and water views.
