Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation on Lake Conroe in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom /2 bath 2300sft double wide mobile home, with large porch overlooking the water. The main/master bedroom has a king size bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with 2 queen sized beds and 1 bunk bed for sleeping 10 people. Also has full size washer and dryer for your daily use. The spacious living room is furnished with 46″ TV with dish satellite and WiFi . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with large home made table . Situated in a cove on Lake Conroe , guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or fishing off the large deck in the rear of the house, as the house faces west it is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from the rear deck. An early check-in may be available for an additional $25 for first hour, then $20 for each additional hour, If interested pls text or email thru website for us to check housekeeping schedule. No more than 5 cars/vehicles at anytime. No more than 12 people. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet fee, pls note the yard is not fenced in.
