If you prefer, there are also two elevators available on the property for your convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV with Roku streaming capabilities, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your downtime. The fully stocked kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it the perfect space to gather and prepare meals. There is plenty of seating to enjoy meals together, including additional seating at the breakfast bar. Overall, this vacation home provides the ultimate combination of comfort, convenience, and stunning ocean views. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 – October 31st, weather permitting. The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required. The pools at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas offer an excellent opportunity for a refreshing dip in the summer months, but it is essential to plan accordingly based on their seasonal operation and external weather conditions. Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.
