A cozy seating area leads to a beautiful new outdoor private dining patio with a Weber grill. Parking for 3 cars, propane tanks and beach chairs are provided. Upstairs the spacious Master Queen Bedroom overlooks lovely gardens with a private bath entrance which has an oversized shower and a stackable W/D. The front bedroom can accomodate four between the bunk bed with a twin on the top and full on the bottom, along with a cozy built in trundle bed. Hi speed wifi, 2 Roku TVs, and a variety of books are available. Beautiful Goose Rocks Beach is steps away, while the Tides Beach Club is just around the corner. Shopping and a variety of dining options are a quick 10 minute drive to the Port (Kennebunkport), and 30 minutes to Portland.
