The professionally designed villa has a balance between a modern interior finish while still managing to incorporate the light green and blue ocean accents to ensure the good vibes from the beach can be brought home.Changes in Latitude was also designed to accommodate all types of work from home needs. A professionally installed Eero Pro Wifi with 600mb of service ensures that high speed internet is always a guarantee. There is a desk in the Master Bedroom as well as the ability for the coffee table in the living room to raise and become another desk. The large floor to ceiling windows and doors allow for natural light to illuminate the condo.Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 – October 31st, weather permitting.The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability.
