This newly renovated and completely furnished 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat is conveniently located in downtown Muskegon within walking distance to the Arena, bars, restaurants and boutique shopping experiences. The flat features modern design with premium finishes in a convenient location. With 3 bedrooms (1 Queen / 1 Queen / 1 Bunk, 1 Kids Bed), 1 bath and 1480 square feet, this urban flat is roomier than most. It includes all the necessities needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. Additional features: central air conditioning, stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, k-cup coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Free Internet is included with a Smart Streaming TV in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. Parking: there is free street parking near the building. There are only two flats in this building, this is the “garden-level” flat and it does require going down approximately 5-7 steps.***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 4 guests. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep our costs low for other guests.
