Split floor plan with private master bath. 2 queen beds and one king. streaming television with TV in master, 1 guest room and living room.NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC. The police WILL show up if you have a party.Each bathroom has access to the lanai. Private heated back yard pool, vaulted ceilings, light kitchen. Gas grill and fire pit on lanai. Netflix and amazon prime available as well as basic plus cable. Close to parks, bike path and shopping. Short distance to golf clubs and water park. 1/2 hour drive to the beautiful beaches of Sanibal and Fort Myers. Enjoy the many restaurants and night life. See the artisan shops of Matlacha. Explore four mile cove ecological preserve. Visit the shell factory. Visit the marina for fishing or a nice boat ride. Cape Coral Publix offers grocery delivery. Have your groceries waiting for your arrival by searching for the nearest Publix on the Internet. We have a pack and play and high chair available for your little ones and life jackets in the pool box for children 50lbs and under. We also have many kitchen accessories including crockpot, blender, electric skillet, electric tea kettle and traditional tea kettle, pizza and quesadilla maker. Come visit our very homey house. You will find this cozy place very relaxing. Things to take to the beach and games to play in rainy days. We do have a $200 cleaning fee (exact charge from cleaning company).I am a nurse and a caregiver so my goal is to make you happy and have you make wonderful memories.
