You will be blown away by the views not only from the entire house but from 4 of the bedrooms (bunk room excluded).A large roof top deck plus several outdoor living areas provide great places to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. New heated saltwater pool to enjoy, which can be heated upon request. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location.
