Welcome to “2 Sieves”- Renovated in 2023. Condo in the heart of Downtown Atlanta with 5 -star amenities. Close to the best of Atlanta’s nightlife, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, and the airport. Walking distance to many restaurants/bars, America’s Mart, shopping, and more. You will love the space for the comfort, kitchen, laundry/iron and central location. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers or a couples get away.HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOAPARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 – Prices vary based on demand.BEDS: There are 3 “beds”. Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding Futon and standard couch.Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Your in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the platform messenger to guarantee delivery.Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Everything is brand new from floor to ceiling.Highlights- LED lighting throughout.- Motion activated entry light- Samsung Appliances- Imperium Touch Kitchen Faucet- Walk in Shower- Bluetooth vanityWhen entering the condo the foyer lights will activate upon motion. Rest on a top of the line king mattress. Connect to the bluetooth vanity and play music while enjoying the walk in frameless shower. Use the touch activated kitchen faucet to wash up. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen. You will have a washer and dryer in the space which is a rare amenity in this high rise. You will love the versatility of this space. Convert the futon and/or utilize the deep sofa to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom with walk in shower and single handle. Dimming lights for relaxing. 50 inch TV with cable and high speed wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to- America’s Mart- Phillips Arena- World Conference Center- Mercedes-Benz Stadium- Centennial Park- Coca-Cola Museum- Georgia Aquarium- less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores.I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like night stands lamps with USB ports, have not been missed…Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck in the same block. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.Other Notes: I have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.I welcome all!
