Our condo unit is in a gated complex in a quiet residential area close to the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. This convenient location is close to everything: the Piestewa Peak Park, canal trail, Biltmore Hotel, golf, and many restaurants. Sky Harbor Airport is 14 minutes away; Phoenix Stadium and Old Town Scottsdale, 24 minutes away.Our 2nd floor condo unit is newly furnished. The 1000 square-foot apartment has two bedrooms with queen beds, two full baths, an open, airy main room with vaulted ceiling, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Including the hide-a-bed couch in the main room for the occasional guest.One bedroom has an office desk; the master bedroom has two closets, a large dresser, and a door to the porch. The beautifully maintained grounds offer a pool and hot tub. We have one designated, covered parking slot; plus there is additional parking for guests. We aim to please with competitive pricing.
