Cook s’mores fireside or say hi to “blue” our resident heron.The spaceThe space is a full apartment, with a bedroom that sleeps 2 and a living room with a pull out couch that sleeps 2 more. Fully equipped kitchen. Full Bathroomwith tub. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Sun porch plus separate deck with wonderful views of the property.In order to preserve water and offer a cost saving option I encourage my guests to bring their own sheets and towels. I can provide them for a fee of $20. Please let me know either way.Guest accessThis is a second floor walk up, with a full flight of stairs out side. We use two additional rooms upstairs as storage and a guest room, that are separated from unit with lockable doors.Other things to noteIn order to preserve water and offer a cost saving option I encourage my guests to bring their own sheets and towels. I can provide them for a fee of $20. (How is this a cost saving option??? The alternative is that I add this into the base price)Please let me know either way.
