The July 13th ferry reservation expires on June 13th unless it is transferred to a user by June 13th – so the July 13th week VRBO reservation needs to be made before June 13th to have use of the car ferry reservation.CANCELLATION policy: summer weeks is no refund but if your plans change we’ll re-rent the home, which most always books, and reimburse you up to what you paid. Non-summer weeks cancellation policy as stated on site.OUR HOME: This charming custom built home is an idyllic place to spend your vacation, within minutes of Main Street where you can enjoy the best Nantucket has to offer, including restaurants, shopping and galleries. Completely redecorated from top to bottom, this five bedroom, five bath home on three levels is beautifully appointed with lovely amenities including brand new furniture throughout, flat screen televisions(3), two wireless Sonos music pods, luxurious Matouk linens, down pillows and central air. A truly gorgeous, well-appointed home for a quintessential Nantucket vacation.First Floor: Enter into the welcoming foyer with a cozy den to the right, perfect for games, puzzles, watch television, or work from ACK as an office with a desk & chair and pocket doors for privacy. A full bath is attached to the den. The hall leads to a bright, sunny kitchen with brand new appliances and soapstone countertops, along with a center island to enjoy your breakfast. A charming butler’s pantry is attached to one side and mudroom to the other, complete with custom built-ins for beach towels and flip-flops. The kitchen opens to dining room with seating for 10. The family room features a beautiful seating area, Mac desktop computer & desk to work on, a large 55-inch flat screen TV, Sonos wireless music system, fireplace and French doors that open to the screened porch, which features a brand new, very large Frontgate sectional, with seating for 10, that will serve as the primary gathering spot for morning coffee or late night cocktails for all. The backyard’s private garden with mature privet hedge, beautiful hydrangeas and roses, offers gas grill and teak dining table, ideal for al fresco dining under the stars.Second Floor: The large and airy master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, fireplace, sitting area and gorgeous window seats for enjoying a book and the beautiful westward views. It also includes a spacious walk-in closet with built-ins and a large marble bathroom with two sinks and walk-in glass shower. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor: a queen bedroom featuring an ensuite marble bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a queen bedroom. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a combination tub/shower.Lower Level: The open lower level features another spacious family room with generous seating, a 55″ flat screen television, iPod dock and access to the back yard. The guest room has two twin beds and a full shower bathroom. A large laundry room with two pairs of new washer and dryer is also located on the lower level. There is a bonus room for yoga, stretching and other floor activities.Other: Off street parking for two cars, central air, minutes to Main Street and Cliff Beaches, easily accessible to Madaket and Cisco bike paths, beach chairs, sun umbrellas & beach towels for 10.
