Spacious family room that opens into a well appointed, yet quaint kitchen. The staircase leads up to a light filled loft bedroom, that offers 1 queen bed and 1 built-in twin bed. Queen size sofa bed in family room for extra guests. Skylights provide a warm and airy feeling. Central a/c to keep you cool, and WiFi to keep you connected and streaming services for all TVs. Shared enclosed outdoor shower (behind Sand Dune Cottage) to rinse off the salt and sand after a day in the surf. Relax with your morning coffee and a good book on the back deck, Then grill up some dinner while the stars come out in the evening. Walk to Oyster Pond or Lighthouse Beach. You can walk “The Loop” or right to downtown Chatham for the movies, ice cream or shopping. This rental has 2 assigned parking spots, and shares the laundry room with the cottages.
