Reception working time is 8am to 8pm. If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, mobile bed….) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will leave all keys code and cards in the lock box and ( pack and play, mobile bed…. ) in the unit.
