In-unit laundry. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 with a pull-out sofa in the living room. Central A/C and heat. All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels, though!The building features an indoor pool, sauna and workout room. Accommodations for two cars; one on-site and one off-site parking spot is provided. (Off-site is about 1/4 mile away-within walking distance)Come park your car, relax on the beach by day and enjoy nights out with live music nightly and fireworks every Thursday night during the summer!If you’d like to venture out beyond Old Orchard Beach, The Maine Mall in South Portland is a quick 20 minute drive away. Rainy day outlet shopping is a 40 minute drive away in either Freeport or Kittery. At Seacoast Helicopters in Portsmouth, NH, book a bucket-list helicopter tour or, if you are adventurous, book a Dreamflight in which you get flight instruction and finish with you taking the controls! It’s a 45 minute drive, but well worth it for the experience of a lifetime!Once you come here, you won’t want to leave!
