One of three newly renovated units in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.Unit 3 is located on the second floor, up one set of stairs. It offers the following layout and amenities:- One bedroom with queen-size bed- One bath with shower- Living room with couch and 50″ TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.- Nespresso machine- Separate dining area- In-unit laundry- WiFi- Air conditioning via window unit.We now have driveway parking for our guests!Please note: Rentals will only be available to mature and quiet individuals who are respectful of other guests in adjacent units.
