Thanks so much.This is a large 4 bedroom , three story family style home. A former Inn called the “Sea Breeze”! There are plenty of couches and a futon, a great supplement for extra beds. The ground level changing stalls and spacious shower is wonderful after a long day in the sun! The 40 foot three season porch has comfortable seating and amazing view of the Nubble Light House as well as Boon Island. The house is located on a double lot, which provides an ample sized grassy yard for countless activities.Short sands is less than 2 miles away.
