Walk next door to the shops and restaurants of Isle of Palms’ downtown where you can grab some ice cream, sip a rooftop cocktail, or a catch some live music at the WindJammer. We do not store flammable items in the unit so plan to buy charcoal if you want to grill out.-there is no in unit clothes washer/dryer- coin laundry is located in the same buildings as the bathrooms by the pool-the Sea Cabins’ pool is not actively heated so although it is warm in Charleston most of the year, in the colder months the pool temps can be a bit chilly- this is a first floor condo- you can see the ocean from the back porch but the views are obviously better from higher floors-the Sea Cabins have been a key part of IOP downtown for the past 40 years. The buildings have a brand new exterior, roof, and we have fully updated our interior but oceanfront property requires constant maintenance. Please let us know if you notice any necessary repairs so that we can take care of them swiftly.- We encourage you to rent bikes or a moped to get around! (golf carts are not allowed)
