There are two units; one is owner occupied and the other is the rental unit. Gorgeous ocean view….just a few seconds to walk to the beach. Two bedrooms – one full bed/two twins. Kitchen/Living room area with pull-out couch. Two floors. Spiral staircase. Will provide linens at an extra cost (sheets, pillowcases, towels). Sorry NO smoking and NO animals. *During off season there is an additional fee for more than 2 people.Take wonderful walks on 7 miles of beautiful sandy beach.Enjoy the sounds of the waves and the smell of the clean ocean air in your home away from home!***I return emails within a 24 hour period.
